Diet and exercise will give you temporary results, but LASTING change depends on the other 2 pillars. If you’ve struggled to maintain weight loss in the past, or if your REFUSE to lose the same 20lbs over and over, this training option is for you! This package includes all the BASIC benefits, as well as focused mindset and recovery coaching, personalized videos of your workouts, and weekly progress calls.
Steel Temple BASICS
If you’re already self-motivated and do NOT need a full lifestyle change, the BASIC package might be for you. As your coach, I will create customized workouts for you as well as recommended nutrition goals. I’ll be here to answer questions and you’ll gain access to my blog and Home Workout Vault.
