Steel Temple FOR LIFE – The Coach Approach
Most trainers will fulfill sessions at the gym, put you through a workout, and leave you to your own devices for the rest of the week. (Believe me, I was one). But a COACH will guide you toward long-term results through REAL lifestyle change. As your coach, I will go beyond the “sessions” and provide daily accountability as you build disciplines in the 4 pillars of fitness: nutrition, exercise, recovery, and MINDSET.
If you’ve struggled to maintain weight loss in the past, or if you REFUSE to lose the same 20lbs over and over, the coach approach can help!
Coaching services include:
— Customized workouts emailed daily, including recovery techniques for rest days
— Nutrition goals emailed daily PLUS accountability to keep you on track
— Focused MINDSET coaching to identify WHY you make certain choices and HOW you can build better habits
— 2 weekly face-to-face training sessions, in person OR virtual
